Pickup & Delivery Policy

Pickup

As you fill out your order you will select a pickup day. Once your order is confirmed, you may pick up your order on your confirmed pickup day from 11 AM – 5 PM at Brick Farm Market @ 65 E. Broad Street, Hopewell, New Jersey. As you enter the parking lot of Brick Farm Market, please pull alongside the curb and call us @ (609) 466-6500 and give your order name.

Someone from our staff will pull your order and place it in the back of your car as you wait. If you are unable to collect your order on your pickup day for any reason, please let us know as soon as possible what other arrangements you can make to receive your goods by emailing customer service at orders@brickfarmgroup.com or calling (609) 240-4593.

If we do not hear from you about your order, we will charge your credit card a re-stocking fee of 20% of your total order and refund your credit card for the balance of the order total.

Delivery

As you fill out your order you will select a delivery day. Deliveries are available within a 15 mile radius of Brick Farm Market @ 65 E. Broad Street, Hopewell, New Jersey and all orders will be delivered between 12-6 PM on your delivery day. We offer FREE delivery! Our drivers will deliver your order to your doorstep.

If you are unable to be home for scheduled delivery day, please email customer service at orders@brickfarmgroup.com or call (609) 240-4593 and let us know what other arrangements you can make to receive your goods. If we are unable to deliver your order because no one is home, we will bring the order back to the Market.

If we do not hear from you about your order, we will charge your credit card a re-stocking fee of 20% of your order. The balance of the total order amount will be refunded to your credit card.
